We provide legal services, with fluent spoken English, concerning international trade in goods, transport, insurance, international trade payments, bills, foreign exchange, import & export administrative licensing, record keeping, customs clearance, application of the comparative contract laws under the conditions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, foreign-related commercial negotiations, the preparation, modification, revision, translation, notarization and legalization of legal documents required for international trade. We also provide legal services in international trade dispute resolution.

International Business Law
